ATIS MARTIAL DEFENCE (AMD) LESSONS

AMD Basic Program

We of ATIS are warriors of mind and spirit, and wish to bestow our protection not only to ourselves but our loved ones as well, this basic course will enable all persons interested in becoming an ATIS Basic warrior. What you'll learn: Whole body and mind strengthening, speed and reaction training, focus and internal determination, escape and evasion (rolls, prone crawl, jumping and landing, etc.), discipline, hard body deflection, basic self-defense skill set (blocks, stance and strikes) levels 1-5.

AMD Advanced Classes

Once you've completed the basic course, this course has an additional requirement of needing to be a member of the Temple and follow the path of ATIS. This program you will learn to become an ATIS Advanced warrior, you'll be able to learn and practice this unique and powerful advanced self-defense system, these techniques are novel to AMD and are considered extremely powerful skills to stop potential attackers, allowing even those of small stature, such as women and children, to perform strikes with much greater force and ability, making it possible to take down much larger opponent. What you'll learn: AMD daily honing, ATIS Warrior mind frame, Advanced self-defense skill set (Giant killer, J strike, Ninja double punch, pressure point striking, advanced escape and evasion techniques, ATIS kicks, elbows and knee strikes) levels 6-10.
